Code of Conduct

Lava's code of conduct serves to create a welcoming and pleasant environment for all guests. It is very important to us, that all guests treat everyone around them  with kindness and respect. Lava promotes diversity and has a zero-tolerance policy for the following behavior:
1. Harassment, abuse, threats, or violence towards anyone
2. Discrimination of any kind, offensive remarks, or hateful statements

The Community Managers are available to facilitate the coliving experience and organize activities, but only for 15 hours a week. Guests must treat the Community Managers with respect and value their personal time.

Lava Coliving offers guests large communal areas to be social. We value community inclusion and expect all guests to be part of creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the house. Actively and purposefully creating a negative environment in the house will not be tolerated.

Should any issues occur, Lava asks this to be reported to the Manager immediately. The manager will try to resolve the problem, but if continued irresponsible behavior occurs, Lava reserves the right to refuse to further accommodate guests that fail to comply with our code of conduct. We also reserve the right to stop all communications with guests disrespecting our code of conduct and will be blocking them from our social media and internal communication channel.

Everyone staying at Lava agrees to the code of conduct when they book their stay. Failure to comply with the code of conduct will result in the removal of the guest or group, charging the full price of their stay and terminating any contractual agreement.
